Welcome to Chitra Tap, a product of ChitraTech.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Chitra Tap, including our website, digital business profile platform, NFC/QR products, and related services.

By creating an account, purchasing a Chitra Tap product, creating a business profile, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Chitra Tap.

Chitra Tap is a product developed and operated by ChitraTech.

Chitra Tap provides businesses with tools and physical products that connect customers to digital business information through QR codes, NFC technology, and online business profiles.

Our services may include:

• NFC-enabled business stands
• QR-enabled business stands
• NFC tags and stickers
• QR stickers
• Digital business profiles
• Business contact information
• Social media links
• Website links
• Maps and locations
• Business reviews and ratings
• Analytics
• Other digital business services

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or purchasing our products and services.

If you create an account on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to represent that business or organization.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your account information updated
• Protect your login credentials
• Not share your account in an unauthorized manner
• Notify us of unauthorized account access
• Use Chitra Tap lawfully
• Not attempt to interfere with our platform
• Not attempt unauthorized access to our systems

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless the activity resulted from our failure to maintain reasonable security.

Chitra Tap may allow businesses to create digital profiles containing information such as:

• Business name
• Business description
• Address
• Contact information
• Website
• Social media links
• Images
• Logo
• Business hours
• Maps
• Reviews
• Ratings
• Payment or booking links

You are responsible for ensuring that information you publish is accurate, lawful, and up to date.

ChitraTech reserves the right to remove, restrict, or disable content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or the rights of others.

You retain ownership of content that you submit to Chitra Tap, including business descriptions, photographs, logos, and other materials.

By uploading content, you grant ChitraTech a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the Chitra Tap services.

You represent that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it
• The content does not infringe another person's rights
• The content is not unlawful
• The content does not contain malicious code
• The content is not intentionally misleading

You must not use Chitra Tap to:

• Commit fraud
• Mislead customers
• Impersonate another person or business
• Publish unlawful content
• Upload malicious software
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Circumvent security measures
• Abuse QR or NFC functionality
• Harass or threaten others
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Distribute spam
• Distribute malicious links
• Interfere with the operation of Chitra Tap
• Conduct any activity prohibited by applicable law

ChitraTech may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.

ChitraTech may sell physical products including NFC stands, QR stands, NFC tags, QR stickers, printed products, and other related products.

Physical products may have minor variations in:

• Color
• Printing
• Materials
• Dimensions
• Packaging
• Appearance

Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute a product defect.

Chitra Tap products may contain QR codes or NFC tags that direct users to a digital business profile or other URL.

The business owner is responsible for the content associated with their QR code or NFC product.

You must not use a Chitra Tap product to direct customers to unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, deceptive, or malicious content.

If an account or digital profile is suspended, terminated, or deleted, the associated QR/NFC destination may no longer function as originally configured.

NFC functionality depends on the user's device, operating system, browser, NFC support, and other technical factors.

QR functionality may depend on the user's camera, QR scanner, browser, internet connection, and device.

ChitraTech cannot guarantee that every device will support every Chitra Tap feature.

Prices will be displayed at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Prices are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR)
• Applicable delivery charges may apply
• Applicable taxes may apply
• Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed

ChitraTech reserves the right to correct pricing or product information errors.

If an incorrect price is displayed because of a technical or human error, we may contact you before processing your order.

After placing an order, ChitraTech may contact you to confirm your order and required information.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

• Delivery location
• Courier availability
• Weather
• Holidays
• Transportation delays
• Incorrect customer information
• Events beyond our reasonable control

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.

All refunds, returns, cancellations, and replacements are governed by the ChitraTech Refund & Return Policy for Chitra Tap.

By purchasing a Chitra Tap product or service, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable Refund & Return Policy.

Chitra Tap may integrate with third-party services including:

• Google Maps
• Google Business services
• Social media platforms
• Payment providers
• Hosting providers
• Analytics providers
• Authentication services
• Other external services

Third-party services are independently operated.

ChitraTech does not guarantee the continued availability, functionality, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

Changes to third-party APIs, policies, access permissions, or services may affect Chitra Tap functionality.

Chitra Tap may display reviews, ratings, or business information from third-party platforms or information provided by business owners.

ChitraTech does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, authenticity, or continued availability of third-party reviews or ratings.

ChitraTech does not intentionally fabricate customer reviews or ratings.

The ChitraTech and Chitra Tap names, logos, website, software, platform, interface, graphics, designs, original content, and related intellectual property belong to ChitraTech or its respective licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit ChitraTech's proprietary materials without prior permission.

Third-party trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

ChitraTech aims to keep Chitra Tap available and reliable but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance
• Updates
• Server problems
• Network failures
• Security incidents
• Third-party outages
• Technical problems
• Events beyond our reasonable control

ChitraTech may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

ChitraTech may suspend or terminate an account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• You misuse Chitra Tap
• You provide materially false information
• Your activities create security or legal risks
• We are required to do so by law

You may also request closure of your account.

Account termination may result in the removal or disabling of your digital business profile and associated services.

Chitra Tap is provided on an "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChitraTech does not guarantee that:

• Chitra Tap will always be available
• Every feature will work on every device
• Third-party services will remain available
• Business information will always be accurate
• QR/NFC functionality will work in every environment
• The platform will always be completely error-free

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChitraTech shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of Chitra Tap.

This may include losses resulting from:

• Third-party service failures
• Internet or network failures
• Loss of business information
• Unauthorized account access
• Business interruption
• Incorrect information provided by users
• Device incompatibility
• Failure of a customer's device to support NFC or QR functionality

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your unlawful use of Chitra Tap
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws
• Your infringement of another person's rights
• Content you submit or publish through Chitra Tap

ChitraTech may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be published on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of Chitra Tap after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Nepal.

Disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws and the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or authorities in Nepal.
